No. Frusma helps you plan and keep records: it applies the right VAT treatment on invoices, shows what to set aside for VAT and income tax, and exports clean files for your accountant. Your accountant (or you) files the return. It is a planning tool, not tax advice.
VAT rates and rules for all 27 EU countries, including reverse charge for business clients with a VAT number and the One-Stop Shop for consumers. Workspaces can run in EUR, RON, PLN, CZK, HUF, SEK or DKK. Clients outside the EU are treated as exports.
Frusma issues PDF invoices today and does not produce legal e-invoice formats itself. We plan to connect to local invoicing apps (for example SmartBill and Oblio in Romania) so they handle the e-invoice. Check what applies to you with your accountant.
They are carefully drafted starting points that fill in your company details, not legal advice. Have a lawyer in your country review them before you rely on them. Documents are sent as PDFs and you mark them signed yourself.
Every workspace is isolated from every other, access is role-based (admin, employee, freelancer, client), and files are stored privately. For privacy law there are tools to export or erase a person’s data, consent on lead forms, and an audit log.

Yes. Cancel at the end of the period you paid for, or downgrade whenever you like. Downgrading never deletes data: anything above the new plan’s limits stays readable. Paid plans have a 30-day money-back guarantee.
