Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and All in One Software S.R.L. for the use of Frusma. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement. By creating an account or using Frusma you accept them.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

All in One Software S.R.L., a limited liability company (S.R.L.) registered in Romania, tax identification code (CUI) 55693621, trade registry number J2026057554000, share capital 500 RON, registered office Bd. Dinicu Golescu, nr. 7, et. Parter, ap. SP. COM. 3, Sector 1, București, România, represented by Cristian Vieru. Contact: cristianvieru3@gmail.com.

In these terms, “Frusma”, “we” and “us” mean All in One Software S.R.L., and “you” means the person or company that creates a workspace. If you accept these terms for a company, you confirm that you may bind it.

Frusma is intended for professional use by freelancers, businesses and organisations. By accepting these terms you confirm that you use Frusma for business or professional purposes and not as a consumer.

2. The service

Frusma is a web application for managing clients, deals, projects, time, invoices, expenses, contracts and proposals, cash flow and tax planning, a client portal, and related marketing tools. The features available to you depend on your plan (section 4).

We keep improving Frusma, so features can change. We will not remove a feature of a paid plan during a period you have already paid for without offering you a fair alternative or a refund for the rest of that period.

3. Accounts and workspaces

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
  • Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • A workspace holds the data of one business. The person who creates it is its first admin. Admins can invite employees, freelancers and clients, set their roles and deactivate them, and are responsible for the people they invite.
  • Sign-in through a third-party account (for example Google or Microsoft) is optional and is governed by that provider’s own terms.

4. Plans, trial and payment

Frusma is offered on three plans: Free (€0), Solo (€7 a month) and Team (€12 a month, 5 users included and €2 a month for each additional user). What each plan includes and its limits are shown on the pricing page and in Settings → Subscription.

  • Prices exclude VAT. VAT and other taxes are added at checkout where they apply.
  • Trial. A new workspace can use the features of Team free for 30 days without a card. When the trial ends the workspace moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan. Nothing is deleted when a plan changes.
  • Billing. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly (yearly billing costs 10 months for 12: Solo €70 and Team €120 a year, with 2 months free). Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Changing plans. You can upgrade at any time; the change applies immediately and the price difference for the rest of the period is charged or credited. When you downgrade or cancel, the paid plan stays until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Extra users. On Team, each active admin or employee beyond 5 adds €2 a month to your subscription (prorated). Freelancers and client logins do not count as users but may be limited by your plan.
  • Limits. If you exceed a limit of your plan, for example after a downgrade, your existing data stays available to read, but you cannot add more of that item until you are within the limit or upgrade.
  • Money-back. If you are not satisfied, write to us within 30 days of a payment for a paid plan and we will refund that payment.
  • Founding members. The first 100 workspaces to subscribe to a paid plan keep the price they subscribed at for as long as their subscription stays active without interruption, even if our list prices rise.
  • Price changes. For everyone else we may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; the new price applies from your next renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails we will try again and tell you. If it stays unpaid your workspace may be moved to the Free plan.

5. Your data

  • You own your data. The data you and your users put into Frusma (clients, invoices, documents and so on) remains yours. You give us the right to host and process it only to provide the service to you.
  • Roles under data protection law. For personal data of your clients, contacts and team that you put into Frusma, you are the controller and we are your processor; the Data Processing Agreement applies automatically and forms part of these terms. For our own account, billing and security data we are the controller (see the Privacy Policy).
  • Export. You can export your data in the app at any time, including an export for your accountant. Admins can export or erase the data of a client or contact (see GDPR and data protection).
  • When you close your workspace. We delete the workspace data within 30 days of the closure request or the end of the subscription, except what we must keep by law (for example our own invoices to you) and data that remains in encrypted backups until they expire.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to let others:

  • break the law or infringe someone’s rights through Frusma, or store or send unlawful content;
  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or use Frusma to send e-mail without a lawful basis;
  • try to access other workspaces or data you are not allowed to see, probe or disrupt the service, or bypass limits and security;
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer Frusma except where the law allows it;
  • use the lead-form or e-mail features to collect or send personal data in breach of data protection law.

7. Your responsibilities as a business

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the invoices, contracts, proposals and e-mails you create and send. Check VAT treatment, amounts and legal wording before you rely on them.
  • You are responsible for your own legal, tax and accounting obligations (including invoicing rules, VAT returns, income tax and record keeping) and for any e-invoicing requirements in your country.
  • You must have a lawful basis, and give the notices required by law, for the personal data of your clients and contacts that you store or process with Frusma, and for the e-mails you send.
  • Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose; use the export features.

8. Third-party services

Frusma works with third-party services such as payment, e-mail, sign-in and analytics providers. Some are used by us to run Frusma (listed in the GDPR and data protection page); others you connect yourself, for example Google Analytics or a social sign-in. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for their services.

9. Intellectual property

Frusma, including its software, design, name and logo, belongs to All in One Software S.R.L. and its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Frusma while these terms apply. The templates we provide (for example contract and proposal templates) may be used and edited for your own business, but not resold as a product.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without restriction or payment.

10. Availability and support

We work to keep Frusma available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may carry out maintenance and will try to do so at quiet times. Support is by e-mail at cristianvieru3@gmail.com; Team includes priority support. There is no guaranteed response time unless we agree one in writing.

11. Not professional advice; disclaimers

  • No tax, legal or accounting advice. Frusma’s VAT rules, tax estimates, cash-flow forecasts, break-even figures, country information and document templates are planning aids based on the information you enter and on general public data. They may be incomplete or out of date, are not tax, legal or accounting advice, and do not file anything with an authority. Confirm what applies to you with a qualified adviser.
  • Templates. Contract and proposal templates are starting points. Have them reviewed by a lawyer in your country before you use them.
  • As is. To the extent the law allows, Frusma is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation, apart from those that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury.

Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows: (a) we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, or for losses caused by your use of Frusma’s outputs (for example a tax or invoicing decision) without checking them; and (b) our total liability for all claims arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for Frusma in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim (or €100 if you use the Free plan).

You are liable to us for losses we suffer because you or your users breach section 6 or infringe third-party rights through Frusma.

13. Suspension and termination

  • By you. You can cancel your subscription or close your workspace at any time in Settings or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.
  • By us. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, if your use threatens the security or other users, if required by law, or if a paid account stays unpaid after reminders. Where reasonable we will warn you first and give you time to export your data.
  • After termination. Sections that by nature should survive (for example payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law) continue to apply.

14. Changes to the service and these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. For material changes we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by e-mail or in the app. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect; continuing to use Frusma afterwards means you accept the new terms. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are brought before the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, to the extent the law allows. We would like to hear about a problem first: write to us and we will try to solve it in good faith.

If part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. These terms, together with the documents they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us on Frusma. You may not transfer your rights without our consent; we may transfer ours in connection with a sale of the business, with notice to you.
