Cookie Policy

1. What we use
Frusma needs a small amount of information stored in your browser to work: to keep you signed in and to remember display settings. Cookies are small files saved by your browser; “browser storage” (localStorage) is a similar mechanism that stays on your device and is not sent to us with every request.
2. The exact list
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-…-auth-token (cookie) | Keeps you signed in (authentication session). | Session, refreshed while you use Frusma | Strictly necessary |
| theme, accent (browser storage) | Remembers your light/dark mode and accent colour to avoid a flash on load. | Until you clear it | Strictly necessary for the setting you chose |
| cookie-notice-dismissed (browser storage) | Remembers that you closed the cookie notice inside the app. | Until you clear it | Strictly necessary |
| frusma-consent (browser storage) | Remembers your choice about the optional cookies below, so we do not ask again on every page. | Until you clear it or change your choice | Strictly necessary |
| frusma-tools-access (browser storage) | Remembers that you already unlocked our free tools in this browser. | Until you clear it | Functional, set when you use a free tool |
| frusma-nps-snooze (browser storage) | Remembers that you dismissed the one-question survey, so it does not come back for two weeks. | Until you clear it | Functional (signed-in app only) |
3. Optional cookies on our website
These are loaded only on our public website, never inside the app, and only after you press “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you decline, or never answer, they do not run. They send data to the provider named below, which uses it under its own privacy policy.
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| _fbp (cookie) | Set by the Meta Pixel. Lets Meta recognise a browser across visits, so we can measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and which visits lead to a message or a sign-up. | Up to 90 days | Marketing: only with your consent |
| _ga, _ga_… (cookies) | Set by Google Analytics. Counts visits and shows which pages and campaigns bring them. | Up to 2 years | Analytics: only with your consent |
- Meta Pixel: provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. It receives the page you view, technical details of your browser and, when you send a message or unlock a free tool, a “lead” event (not your message or e-mail address). We switched off Meta’s automatic collection of button clicks and form details. See Meta’s privacy policy.
- Google Analytics: provided by Google. See Google’s privacy policy.
To change your choice, use “Cookie settings” in the footer: withdrawing consent switches the tools off and removes their cookies.
4. Third-party services
- Social sign-in (Google, Microsoft, GitHub, Facebook): if you choose it, you are taken to that provider’s own site, which sets its own cookies under its own policy.
- Bot protection: our sign-in, sign-up, contact and lead forms load Cloudflare Turnstile from cloudflare.com to block bots. It may store technical identifiers in your browser strictly for security and is not used for advertising or tracking. It works under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.
- Payments: when you subscribe you are taken to a secure page of our payment provider (Stripe), which may use cookies for security and fraud prevention under its own policy.
- Your own integrations: if you embed a Frusma lead form on your website, your site’s cookies are your responsibility.
5. Your choices
You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time; you will then be signed out and your display settings reset. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies means you cannot sign in. Optional cookies are always asked for first. Questions: cristianvieru3@gmail.com. More about your data: Privacy Policy.
